As many of you know, Kaye, Sandi, and Nathania all do a lot of yoga. We really believe in the benefits. One of those benefits is in keeping your shoulders and upper body strong and supple so that knitting and spinning are easier on our arms, hands, and shoulders.
One of our favorite yoga instructors, Jeffrey Lang, is holding a Shoulder Surrender Workshop at Willow Glen Yoga this coming Sunday, September 26, 2010 from 1-4 pm. Kaye went the last time this was offered and it's worth it. This is appropriate for all levels of practice.
